Are you a provider checking on the status of a claim?

Providers may now access our portal to review claim status. This is the fastest and best way to get the information you need (please note: SelmanCo Customer Service Representatives do not have Provider Claim Status).

Please have the following information ready:

1. Policyholder Policy ID - Begins with the letter P followed by 9 numbers

2. Zip code of the policyholder

3. Birthdate of the patient

4. Date of Service
