Important Information on Continuation: 

  • You are under no obligation to continue coverage as an individual policy.
  • There is no change to benefits or coverage from your employer's group plan. 
  • Keep your spouse and dependents covered when you transition to TRICARE for Life.
  • Continuation of coverage is not available in AK, CO, NH, OR, UT, and WA.
  • Payment of premium may be discontinued by the company or the undersigned upon thirty (30) days written notice.
