# The TRICARE Supplement Continuation of Coverage Informational Webpage

Important Information on Continuation: 

- You are under no obligation to continue coverage as an individual policy.
- There is no change to benefits or coverage from your employer's group plan. 
- Keep your spouse and dependents covered when you transition to TRICARE for Life.
- Continuation of coverage is not available in AK, CO, NH, OR, UT, and WA.
- Payment of premium may be discontinued by the company or the undersigned upon thirty (30) days written notice.
